You've gotten really good at holding it all together.
Maybe you don’t have to.

Maybe you’re the person everyone relies on. You get things done, take care of people, push through, and keep moving—even when something underneath doesn’t feel quite right.

Therapy with me isn’t about telling you what’s wrong with you or handing you another set of coping tools. It’s about getting curious about what’s underneath, understanding the patterns that once served you, and helping you create real, lasting change.

No one-size-fits-all therapy here.

I don’t believe there’s one right way to do therapy. What works for one person may not work for another—and what you need today may be different from what you need six months from now.

My approach is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in the whole person. I draw from EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, DBT, CBT, somatic work, and other trauma-informed approaches—choosing what fits you rather than asking you to fit a particular method.

Sometimes we’ll work with the story. Sometimes we’ll pay attention to what your body is telling us. Sometimes we’ll look at patterns, relationships, or the parts of you that learned a long time ago how to keep you safe. The goal isn’t to do therapy “right”. It’s to find what actually helps.

You won’t just sit there while I nod.

I’m an active participant in therapy. I’ll listen closely, ask questions, offer perspective, and gently challenge you when I think it might be helpful. You won’t have to wonder what I’m thinking, and you won't spend the hour talking to someone who only nods back at you.

I believe that good therapy can be deep without feeling heavy all the time. There’s room for curiosity, and humor. Most importantly, there’s room for you to show up exactly as you are—without having to perform, take care of anyone else, or have it all figured out.

Finding the right therapist matters. If my approach sounds like what you’ve been looking for, I’d be happy to connect.
